EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

 

I am an experienced engineer with a Master in Operations Management & Quality. I create value by simple or complex problem solving and process improvement. I use ISO, PDCA, Six Sigma, DMAIC and LEAN to redesign various business processes.

 

Through my master’s thesis, I have gained experience in how to perform flow analysis and mapping with VSM / ADONIS software plus conducting root cause and data analysis with Minitab and Excel. I have furthermore years of experience in executing process audits and verification of GMP.

CAREER SUMMARY


2020 – present                  

Strukton Rail A/S, Køge, Document & Quality Control


Gained full overview of all lines (railroad lines and signaling points) and are conducting continuously control of documents and are securing on-time deliveries. I have created formulas for time-optimization and weekly overview. In less than one year we have changed the general status for Strukton from always being behind to now being ahead of all deadlines and are now awaiting co-operators instead. I have gained great recognition for this accomplishment that many thought to be impossible.



2019   

DHL Supply Chain Nordics, Allerød¸ Master thesis, 5 months project


Re-design of the inbound logistic process through the BPI – Lean methodology, which is based on the Six Sigma DMAIC and lean tools, increasing efficiency and the ability to reduce the Lead time in order to deliver maximum value to customers.

Performing internal audits of the ISO 9001, International Food Standard (IFS) and BRC Global Standard for Food Safety and verification of GMP at the plant. Handling customer complaints (ERP) and updating the operational procedures within the Quality Management System. I furthermore did the following:

Working in the Logistic field I led the project for the implementation and afterwards maintenance and improvement of the QMS & PDCA through the ISO 9001. I did Root Cause Analysis, project management, workflow modeling and strategic planning with Balance Score Card. I created value by optimizing the routes

of transport and integrated a system management-satellite tracking system, allowing optimal control and redesign of routes for saving time, fuel and therefore money
