I am an experienced engineer with a Master in Operations Management & Quality. I create value by simple or complex problem solving and process improvement. I use ISO, PDCA, Six Sigma, DMAIC and LEAN to redesign various business processes.
Through my master’s thesis, I have gained experience in how to perform flow analysis and mapping with VSM / ADONIS software plus conducting root cause and data analysis with Minitab and Excel. I have furthermore years of experience in executing process audits and verification of GMP.

Gained full overview of all lines (railroad lines and signaling points) and are conducting continuously control of documents and are securing on-time deliveries. I have created formulas for time-optimization and weekly overview. In less than one year we have changed the general status for Strukton from always being behind to now being ahead of all deadlines and are now awaiting co-operators instead. I have gained great recognition for this accomplishment that many thought to be impossible.
